It's more than a YEAR...

Assalamualaikum dan Salam Sejahtera untuk semua.

Blog ini dibina tahun lepas bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan koleksi resepi yang pernah dicuba dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kini, mood berblog telah kembali.. tapi dengan 'compassion' yang telah bertambah..

So, menu sarapan pagi ini ialahh... tadaaa


Mee Goreng 3S (Sedap, Simple, Sediaaa)

Bahan-Bahan:
1 peket mee goreng Mak Mah disiram air duluu
1 ketul dada ayam dihiris halus
1 genggam taugeh
1 genggam daun kucai
1 cawan air
2 biji telur
2 ulas bawang putih
2 sudu besar kicap
2 sudu besar sos cili
2 sudu kecil gula
garam secukup rasa
timun, tomato, daun sup, bawang goreng untuk sedapkan rasa

Cara-cara:
1. ketul bawang putih dan cincang.
2. tumis dengan 2 sudu besar minyak sehingga naik bau.Masukkan ayam, tunggu dua minit sehingga ayam masak.
3.  Masukkan sos dan kicap serta garam dan gulu
4. Masukkkan air, pecahkan dua biji telur, jangan kacau.
5. tunggu air mendidih dan telur separa masak, masukkan mee.
6. Kacau hingga sebati,
7. Bila air dah agak-agak kering, masukkan taugeh dan daun kucai..
8. Tadaaa.. dah siap.. rasa dulu masin manisnya yerr..


To serve:
1 double square round
lolli plates
carribean pitcher
carribean mug
garlic tu free gift di zaman dulu-dulu.
mmm satu tu mug ape yer.. dah lupa..

Roti Kentang

  • 1 medium potato, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 6 cups all-purpose flour

Directions

  1. Place potatoes in a small saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain, reserving cooking liquid. Set cooking liquid aside to cool to 110 degrees F-115 degrees F. Mash potato (don't add milk or butter); set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm cooking liquid. Add the honey, oil, salt, egg, 4 cups flour and mashed potato. Beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.
  3. Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 7-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
  4. Punch dough down. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; divide into 36 pieces. Shape each into a ball. Place in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
